Job summary

Ledcor is seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee field operations, ensure compliance with approved plans, specs, shop drawings, building codes, and quality standards. • Knowledge of underground fiber installation methods is a plus, including plowing and HDD.
• Two-year college, trade, or technical diploma preferred.
• Understanding of current construction practices, documents, costs, and budgets.
• Ability to plan and manage project schedules and develop solutions for moderate situations within defined guidelines.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to build and manage a diverse team.
• Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States; Ledcor participates in E-Verify.

Requirements

• Military experience equivalent to 12N Horizontal Construction Engineer and/or 12H Construction Engineering Supervisor
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, climb, lift up to 50 pounds, work at heights, and work in varied weather conditions
• Must be able to travel to offices and project sites across multiple states
• Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; Ledcor participates in E-Verify
