Job summary

The Walsh Group in Phoenix is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead field operations on a major project in the greater Phoenix area. You will manage safety, schedules, budgets, and quality to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires coordinating subcontracts, drawings, and specifications, mitigating risk, and enforcing the company safety program while guiding a field crews toward high standards of workmanship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in construction project supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Relocation may be required for specific projects.
