Cherry Talent Group is assisting a luxury custom home builder in the Fort Worth area to find an experienced Superintendent. This on-site role focuses on guiding field operations for architect-designed residences valued from $4M to $10M+, with a compensation package of $90,000–$125,000+ total compensation including base salary and quarterly bonuses.

Ideal candidates will read detailed architectural plans, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain schedules with a relentless focus on quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience.
• Luxury custom home experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans.
• Proven experience managing subcontractors and construction schedules.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Self-starter who enjoys taking ownership of projects.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for craftsmanship and quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day‑to‑day field operations on luxury custom home projects.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to maintain schedule, quality, and safety.
• Review and execute highly detailed architectural plans and specifications.
• Ensure projects are built exactly as designed with exceptional attention to detail.
• Develop and maintain project schedules while proactively planning future work.
• Coordinate closely with Project Coordinators regarding selections, procurement, and project documentation.
• Perform daily quality control inspections and maintain organized jobsites.
• Complete daily reports and project documentation.
• Identify potential issues before they impact schedule or quality.
• Build positive working relationships with architects, designers, subcontractors, and clients.

We're partnering with a highly respected luxury custom home builder in the Fort Worth area that specializes in architect-designed residences ranging from $4M-$10M+. Their projects are known for exceptional craftsmanship, complex architectural details, and a collaborative team environment that allows employees to focus on doing their best work.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Superintendent who enjoys building one‑of‑a‑kind custom homes, thrives on solving challenging construction details, and wants to work for a builder that values quality over volume.

Unlike many builders, this company provides dedicated Project Coordinators who handle much of the administrative workload, allowing Superintendents to focus on field leadership, quality, and execution.
