Job summary

DRB Homes in the United States is seeking a Construction Project Assistant who will deliver quality, new construction homes and support the Project Manager. This role ensures projects are completed on schedule and within budget while maintaining customer satisfaction.

You will maintain site safety and cleanliness, coordinate with trades, attend pre-construction and weekly meetings, and help manage punch work. A valid driver’s license is required to access communities.

• Provides Project Manager with construction site assistance where assigned
• Maintain job site and model home safety and cleanliness
• Ensure home construction complies with building codes, phase specifications, and homeowner options
• Attend and participate in training classes designed to develop and foster career advancement
• Participate in pre-construction meetings
• Participates in pre-settlement walk thorough meetings with customers
• Participates in weekly community meetings
• Maintains construction schedules
• Schedules all “punch work” on homes
• Must have valid driver’s license

To deliver quality, new construction homes for the Company. Ensures that projects are completed timely as defined by established schedules. Adheres to budget and maintains superior level of customer satisfaction. This position may have full responsibility for a community or may work with a Project Manager where dual management of the community is required.
