Job summary

AFDC Cleaning, doing business as ProFloors, is seeking an experienced Field Manager to lead commercial flooring projects from mobilization through closeout in the Atlanta, GA area. You will be the main field contact for general contractors and our flooring teams, ensuring jobs are ready, on schedule, and built to spec.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and field decision-making, with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial flooring or related construction trade.
• Ability to read construction drawings, finish plans, and specifications.
• Comfort using Procore on mobile devices and email.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through; timely field decisions.
• Dependable transportation and a clean driving record.
• OSHA and forklift certification as required by assignment.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily field execution across multiple projects, including sequencing, manpower, production, quality, and safety.
• Walk jobsites before installation to confirm readiness, evaluate substrates, and verify moisture and environmental testing.
• Coordinate schedules, deliveries, staging, and materials with GCs, office, warehouse, and subcontractors.
• Set clear expectations for subcontractors, inspect work, and drive quality and schedule.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, photos, RFIs, and punch items in Procore.
• Run quality checks and drive punch and closeout to completion.
• Promote a safe jobsite in line with OSHA and company requirements.

This role suits someone who spots problems early, communicates clearly, and takes ownership of results.**What You'll Do*** Manage daily field execution across multiple projects, including sequencing, manpower, production, quality, and safety.* Walk jobsites before installation to confirm readiness, evaluate substrates, and verify moisture and environmental testing.* Coordinate schedules, deliveries, staging, and materials with GCs, our office, the warehouse, and subcontractors.* Set clear expectations for subcontractors, inspect work in progress, and hold crews to quality and schedule commitments.* Keep accurate daily reports, photos, RFIs, and punch items in Procore.* Run quality checks and internal pre-punch and drive punch and closeout to completion.* Promote a safe jobsite in line with OSHA, GC, and company requirements.## Qualifications**What We're Looking For*** Experience in commercial flooring or a closely related construction trade.* Working knowledge of flooring installation methods, substrates, and jobsite sequencing.* Ability to read construction drawings, finish plans, and specifications.* Comfort using Procore (training provided), a smartphone or tablet, and email.* Strong communication, organization, and follow-through, plus the judgment to make timely decisions in the field.* Dependable transportation and a clean driving record.* OSHA and forklift certification as required by assignment.* Spanish language skills are a plus.
