JOB DESCRIPTION

You did not spend 1,200 hours in school to only cut hair.

Most of the day here is haircuts. We also do color and foils, which the other walk-in chains near us do not offer at all, so you keep using what you trained for instead of watching it go stale.

The money.

You earn commission on everything you do: up to 45% of your service sales and up to 25% of your product sales.

And you are guaranteed $15.00 an hour, for every hour you work. That $15.00 counts your tips toward it, so if your commission and your tips together come to less, we pay the difference.

Your tips go on your Instant Tip card multiple times a day, not held for weeks until a paycheck, and there is no fee to you.

We will put the whole grid in front of you at the interview. Every step, every threshold, before you decide anything.
