Perpay Inc. is seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to join our Finance & Accounting Team in Philadelphia.

The role focuses on analyzing business trends, building financial models, and supporting strategic financial decisions with clear insights. You will collaborate with Accounting and Analytics to maintain the general ledger, prepare financial statements, and drive process improvements for budgeting and planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Economics (graduated 2024–2027).
• Strong Excel proficiency required (core functions, lookup, pivot tables).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to go the extra mile and a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in financial modeling of existing operations and key initiatives.
• Own and drive strategic ad hoc projects with Analytics, Risk, Marketing, and Operations.
• Assist in maintaining the general ledger and preparing financial statements.
• Champion process improvements to streamline budgeting and planning.

What is Super Day?

It’s an accelerated hiring event that will give recent graduates the unique opportunity to land this role in just one day! We will host it on November 11th at Perpay HQ in Philadelphia. Selected candidates will tour the office, meet the team, and experience a fast traked interview process. About the Role

We are seeking an accountable, motivated, and detail-oriented Junior Financial Analyst to join Perpay’s Finance & Accounting Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business trends, preparing financial models, maintaining the general ledger, and providing insights to support our strategic financial decisions. This role requires strong quantitative skills along with the ability to distill complex information and communicate it effectively. As a key contributor to this team, you will work closely with our Accounting and Analytics functions to strategize and report on various business initiatives, metrics, and ad hoc projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in the financial modeling of our existing operations and key initiatives
• Own and drive various strategic ad hoc projects and analyses while partnering closely with Analytics, Risk, Marketing, and Operations
• Assist in maintaining the general ledger and preparation of the financial statements
• Own and champion process improvement efforts to streamline financial planning and budget management procedures to drive efficiency and accuracy

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (graduated in 2024-2027), or equivalent relevant experience.
• Excel proficiency (e.g. core functions & formatting, lookup & analysis tools, pivot tables)
