Leads are provided and training is paid, with an emphasis on relationship-building and consultation-based selling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations and build trust with customers.

• Negotiate and close sales deals with prospective customers.
• Attend daily sales meetings and coaching sessions to improve performance.
