Job Overview

How You Will Make An Impact

• Install BetterLiving sunrooms and awnings at residential properties following strict design specifications.
• Prepare job sites by accurately measuring, marking out areas, and setting up necessary equipment.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure completed installations match customer expectations.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners to answer questions and provide regular installation updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical site challenges efficiently to prevent project delays.
• Maintain all tools, equipment, and company safety standards in optimal working condition.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Ability to read and interpret construction diagrams, blueprints, and design specifications.
• Strong verbal communication skills for professional client interactions.
• Physical fitness and capability to lift heavy tools and construction materials.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• 4 years of hands-on experience in carpentry, framing, roofing, siding, or deck construction.
• Prior working knowledge of sunroom construction or awning installation techniques.
• Understanding of local building codes and residential construction regulations.
• Relevant Degree, High school diploma or GED equivalent.
