Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality's Complimentary AM Attendant at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pittsburgh West-Green will greet guests, prep breakfast, and keep the dining area sunny and clean. You’ll prepare items, serve coffee, and ensure food safety while delivering warm hospitality to start mornings right.

Open availability from 5AM-1PM, weekends required; prior hospitality experience is a plus, and a high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in food & beverage or hospitality is a plus.
• Willingness to greet guests and deliver friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and answer questions about amenities and local attractions.
• Prepare and provide breakfast items while ensuring safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain clean, stocked service areas and refresh buffet stations promptly.
• Anticipate guest needs and handle requests with calm, friendly problem solving.
• Collaborate with team across shifts to ensure smooth service.
