Job summary

Onvo, Inc. is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to ensure a positive breakfast experience for guests at our Lake Ariel, PA location. You will set up, stock, and maintain the buffet, prepare breakfast items, and greet guests with excellent service.

The role requires working early mornings, weekends, and holidays, with emphasis on safety, sanitation, and teamwork to keep the dining area orderly and inviting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock the breakfast buffet according to company standards and health code regulations.
• Prepare and cook breakfast items such as eggs, bacon, and waffles.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
• Replenish food and beverage items as needed throughout breakfast service.
• Greet guests warmly and assist them with requests or questions.
• Ensure all food temperatures are maintained at safe levels.
• Clear and clean tables promptly after guests depart.
• Wash dishes and utensils used during breakfast service.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Report maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to management.
• Assist with inventory and ordering of breakfast supplies.
