Qualifications

• 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while also being committed to creating an amazing customer experience

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience, including greeting and serving customers, informing merchandisers/managers on stocking needs, ensuring visual standards are maintained, and problem-solving for customer issues with management assistance
• Manage complex customer service situations by providing high-touch service to VIP clientele and ensuring VIP retention
• Remain up-to-date on current product assortment and act as an informed brand ambassador
• Attend and participate in occasional work meetings and support opening/closing duties as needed
• Adhere to company regulations, rules, and code of conduct and maintain shift punctuality
