Sunglass Hut at Macy's in Santa Rosa, CA is hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will greet customers and help them find the perfect eyewear while building brand loyalty and a warmth-driven service mindset.

You will stay informed on current product assortments, maintain store visuals, and assist with opening/closing duties in a fast-paced environment. EssilorLuxottica supports growth and inclusivity across our sunglasses brands.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while also being committed to creating an amazing customer experience.
• Self-motivated, team player.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and serving customers.
• Inform merchandisers/managers on stocking needs.
• Ensure all visual standards set forth by management and the company are always maintained.
• Problem-solve for any customer issues and loop in management for assistance.
• Remain up-to-date on current product assortment to serve as an informed ambassador of the brand.
• Occasionally assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
• Attend and participate in occasional work meetings.
