Qualifications

• 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience, including greeting and serving customers
• Inform merchandisers/managers on stocking needs
• Ensure all visual standards set forth by management and the company are maintained
• Problem-solve for customer issues and loop in management for assistance
• Manage complex customer service situations for VIP clientele
• Remain up-to-date on current product assortment
• Actively listen and follow management instructions
• Occasionally assist with opening and closing duties
• Comply with regulations and code of conduct
• Attend work meetings and be punctual
