Sunglass Hut Macy’s store in Ohio is seeking a Casual Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and build brand loyalty. You will greet customers, inform merchandisers of stocking needs, maintain visual standards, and resolve issues with the help of management.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering an amazing customer experience.
• Self-motivated, team player.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience, greeting and serving customers.
• Inform merchandisers/managers on stocking needs and maintain visual standards.
• Problem-solve for customer issues with management assistance as needed.
• Manage VIP clientele with high-touch service and retention.
• Stay up-to-date on current product assortment to act as brand ambassador.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
• Comply with company rules and participate in occasional meetings.
• Be punctual and communicate obstacles to the manager proactively.
