Job summary

Southern Health Partners is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team at the Rabun County Jail in Tiger, GA. This Sunday-only position is designed to supplement income and keep weekdays free for other commitments.

Spend one day each week providing quality patient care in a structured, supportive environment where your nursing skills are valued and your work makes a meaningful impact. Opportunities to pick up additional shifts may exist at nearby SHP facilities.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia.
• Experience in direct patient care.
• Ability to work Sunday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and nursing assessments.
• Conduct sick call and evaluate patient concerns.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to providers.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical documentation.
• Collaborate with correctional staff and healthcare teammates to provide safe, quality care.
