Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Medication Technician for Sunday & Monday swing shift (2pm-10pm) in Keizer, Oregon. In this role you will assist with medication administration and ensure accurate counts, while supporting residents and the care team.

You'll work in a compassionate, inclusive environment with opportunities for professional development and advancement within Brookdale. Base pay is determined by skills and experience, with benefits eligible for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• State training and certification completed.
• Experience with medication administration preferred.
• Ability to follow physician orders and resident care plans.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

• Based on state regulations and completion of required training/certification, Medication Aides/Techs will administer or assist with self-administration of medication and treatments as prescribed by the health care provider and observe/report responses to your supervisor.
• Certified Medication Aides/Techs make sure the medication supply room is organized and clean, assist with medication cart audits, and provide accurate counts of all medications. You will also communicate with pharmacies to coordinate medication delivery.
• Based on state regulation, completion of training/certification is required.
