JCC Association of North America seeks a Waterfront Director for the Camp Seneca Lake. Ideal candidates will have experience in camp or waterfront programming, strong judgment skills, and be at least 21 years old. Responsibilities include supervising staff, planning activities for campers aged 8-15, and certification in relevant areas. A supportive living arrangement with meals is provided.
Qualifications
Must demonstrate sound judgment and establish a nurturing and safe environment for campers.
Experience in child supervision required.
Certification in Lifeguarding and Safe Powerboat Handling is needed.
Responsibilities
Oversee all programming, operations, and safety at the CSL Waterfront.
Lead staff in implementing a curriculum for daily activities and in-depth experiences.
Collaborate with Waterfront staff to plan and execute programming for campers.
