Job summary

Morningstar seeks interns for its Summer Internship Program for Technologists in Chicago. You will join an Agile squad to tackle business problems with research and creative thinking, plus collaborate on a ten-week group case study presented to senior leaders.

Selected interns will receive hands-on mentoring and may apply directly to the Morningstar Development Program after graduation. All positions are based in our Chicago office, five days a week.

Qualifications

• Between 0-2 years of professional working experience.
• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program, graduating in 2027 (CS preferred).
• A resume is required to apply.
• Outstanding academic record as a selection factor.

Responsibilities

• Join a Morningstar Agile squad to address business problems through research, analysis, and creative thinking in an individual project.
• Collaborate on a ten-week group case study and present results to senior leaders, stakeholders, and managers.
• Participate in training sessions with Morningstar employees across the company spectrum, building a foundation to develop during your Morningstar career.
