A community-focused nonprofit is seeking a CAMP EVERGREEN SURVIVAL SKILLS DIRECTOR to oversee camp specialty programs and ensure the well-being of participants. The role includes planning activities, supervising staff, and facilitating youth development. This position offers a seasonal salary of $4400.00 and includes YMCA membership.

Qualifications

• 1-year of prior experience working in a camp setting/environment, and supervision of staff.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills both verbal and written are essential.
• Possess a general knowledge and understanding of YMCA, its goals, and its mission.

Responsibilities

• Attend staff training and orientation.
• Develop and implement special programs as assigned.
• Communicate issues with Unit Director or Camp Director.
