Mars, Incorporated invites students to join the Summer 2027 Mars Snacking Supply Chain Internship, a multi-site program offering real-world experience across Customer Supply Chain/Logistics, E2E Planning, Customer Care, External Manufacturing and the Center of Excellence. Open to U.S.

students, the internship emphasizes learning, relationship-building, and hands-on projects with senior leaders. The program runs ~10–11 weeks with formal training, mentorship, and opportunities to engage with Mars

Qualifications

• Students with a background in finance or data analytics.
• Eligible candidates will intern the summer prior to their final graduation date.
• Open to students legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Employment is contingent upon successful drug & background screening.
• Candidates must have reliable personal transportation to and from worksites during the internship.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to Customer Supply Chain/Logistics and E2E Planning.
• Support Customer Care and External Manufacturing activities.
• Contribute to the Supply Chain Center of Excellence initiatives.
• Work across Mars brands and cross-functional teams.
• Participate in a 10–11 week summer internship with mentoring andMars University training.
