Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in undergrad/grad engineering (MS/MBA) with anticipated graduation May 2027–Dec 2029.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Coursework or projects in Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to identify trends and support data-driven decisions.
• Review and improve workflows to boost efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
• Maintain dashboards and reports showing KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners on daily operations and initiatives.
• Execute projects and present findings to leadership.
• Develop planning, organizational and leadership skills.
• Increase technology knowledge and skills.
• Develop teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
