Job summary

The Shoals Marine Laboratory at the University of New Hampshire seeks student staff to support daily operations during the summer session. Roles include meal prep, dishwashing, light housekeeping, and grounds maintenance to keep trails and facilities clean and safe.

Ideal candidates are registered students, able to lift 25 pounds, comfortable living in a communal setting, and eager to contribute to a collaborative lab environment. Compensation is $15.10 per hour.

Qualifications

• Student must be enrolled in at least one credit course during the summer.
• Position is for current students only.

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing, food preparation, sweeping, mopping
• Light housecleaning including restrooms and showers
• Light landscaping: mowing, weed trimming, trail maintenance
• Other duties as assigned
