Job summary

Code Ninjas (Tampa-Carrollwood) is seeking energetic Summer Counselors to lead coding and STEM-based camps for children ages 5-14. You will create a safe and encouraging environment, guide students through projects, and engage them in fun learning experiences. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic and dependable, with prior experience working with children. Flexible, seasonal hours are available throughout summer breaks. Pay ranges from $12 to $14 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children ages 7 and up (mentoring, coaching, tutoring, babysitting, or camp experience).
• Available during summer camp hours (M-F 8 AM-3:30 PM).
• Fun, adaptable, and enjoy a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist with Summer tech camps, following the provided curriculum.
• Create a positive and safe learning environment.
• Engage students in coding, robotics, and STEM projects.
