Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Apply automation and modern tooling across the SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills through training, mentorship, and leadership access.
• Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot software solutions.
• Write secure, high-quality code in at least one language.
• Collaborate with engineers, managers, and stakeholders across teams.
• Communicate problems clearly and document solutions; prompt AI tools to produce outputs.
• Leverage approved AI development tools with peer review and secure practices.
• Apply automation across the software development life cycle.
