Job summary

Little Green Apple Hallmark in Dublin, OH is seeking Seasonal Summer Sales Associates who are enthusiastic, energetic, friendly, and customer-focused. You will drive sales, provide product recommendations, and model best practices in retail execution.

This seasonal, hourly position runs from May 1, 2026 through August 31, 2026. You’ll handle stocking, merchandising, curbside orders, and friendly service to help guests find the perfect card and gift.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including events, holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to provide proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States
• If under 18, must meet work permit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a warm, inviting shopping environment.
• Build and share expertise on products, promotions, services and rewards programs.
• Help customers find the perfect card and gift to meet their needs.
• Showcase stories and communities of caring to reinforce kindness.
• Handle store operations: stocking, merchandising, ringing, shipments, inventory, Hallmark.com orders, curbside deliveries.
• Deliver an exceptional shopping experience to encourage return visits.
• Work as a team to meet store sales goals and ensure customers leave with everything they need and more.
• Uphold all company policies and procedures.
• Perform housekeeping of the store including backroom and front areas.
