Evo is offering a summer internship designed to build practical sales skills for real homeowners. You will engage directly with customers, present options, and manage the full sales process in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Relocation assistance is provided. Expect daily coaching, competitive incentives, and a structured training program from May 7 to August 11, 2027, with pay ranging from $3,000 to $5,000 per month.

• No experience required. You do not need to be enrolled in college or be of college age.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outside sales through direct, face-to-face outreach to homeowners.
• Present service options and match plans to each household’s needs.
• Own the entire sales cycle — not lead-setting, not shadowing someone’s deal.
• Track prospects and follow-up activity in company software.
• Participate in daily coaching and weekly skills training.
