Job summary

Little Green Apple Hallmark is seeking a Seasonal Summer Sales Associate to join our Minnesota store. You will deliver friendly, proactive customer service, recommend products, and maintain a warm shopping environment.

The role runs May 1, 2026 through August 31, 2026, with hours that may vary, and opportunities for rehire in future seasons. Responsibilities include stocking, merchandising, ringing sales, processing shipments, and assisting customers with card and gift solutions.

Qualifications

• If under 18, must have ability to meet work permit requirements, if applicable.
• Flexible schedule that includes events, holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One or more years of retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary selling and customer service to improve store productivity.
• Offer product recommendations and solutions to customers.
• Assist with stockroom duties, inventory replenishment, and merchandising.
• Operate registers, process shipments, and fulfill orders as needed.
• Deliver an exceptional shopping experience and encourage repeat visits.
