Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation invites you to join our Milwaukee headquarters as a Sales Operations & Analytics Intern (Summer 2027). You’ll work on customer research, sales analytics, dashboards, and automation projects that support business growth.

As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in industrial sales, data-driven decision making, and reporting, with mentorship and exposure to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
• GPA of 3.5 or higher strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting functions.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools preferred.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate, or workflow automation tools preferred.
• Able to work 40 hrs per week during the summer
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and audit sales, customer, and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance insights.
• Support the development and maintenance of sales dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
• Assist with data cleansing, validation, and data quality initiatives.
• Utilize AI tools and technologies to automate administrative and analytical processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales processes through automation and workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and develop data-driven solutions.
• Create presentations and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support special projects focused on digital transformation, sales effectiveness, and operational excellence.
• Document processes, automation solutions, and best practices for future scalability.
