Under supervision, you will assist with meeting minutes, tracking logs, basic on-site observations, and preparation of reports and presentation materials while developing practical construction controls skills for future careers in infrastructure

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent and current enrollment in an accredited post-secondary construction services program.
• Completion of 2 years of post-secondary construction services program is preferred.
• Assisting in program and project controls assignments including scheduling, cost estimating, document control and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Assists with project controls tasks including scheduling, cost estimating, document control and risk management.
• Attends and observes project meetings with internal and external teams.
• Observes on-site material testing and supports review of shop drawings for compliance with plans and specs.
• Conducts basic research and data collection; prepares minutes and maintains project documentation.
