Job summary

SitelogIQ is seeking a 2027 Summer Pre-Construction Management Intern to join a world-class team delivering large-scale impact in energy efficiency and sustainable building practices. interns will integrate with Engineers, Project Managers, Site Superintendents, and Project Developers, contributing to preconstruction, project development, and active construction activities.

Interns will learn project controls, safety programs, and participate in construction projects while shadowing

Qualifications

Applicants must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in a Construction or Engineering related field
A basic understanding of construction methodologies is required
Able to interact with a variety of staff at all levels and with a high degree of professionalism
Effectively able to plan and organize, and successfully manage multiple tasks
Willing to work in environments including heat, noise, dust, etc.
Strong teamwork orientation, initiative, communication and problem solving skills

Responsibilities

Assist teams in providing support to the Pre-construction process related to general, mechanical, electrical and temperature control contractors
Learn about project controls and safety programs
Shadow team members and participate in project development and preconstruction activities
Prepare a small presentation highlighting your internship experience for SitelogIQ leadership and fellow interns
Work a 40-hour work week (M-F) at a competitive hourly rate
