Job summary

An outdoor adventure and education company is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Day Camp Staff to lead outdoor activities for children ages 6-14. As a counselor, you'll ensure camper safety and foster an inclusive environment. You'll work outdoors, guiding campers through various activities while promoting teamwork and positive attitudes. This is a summer position running in various park locations, offering competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in camps, youth programs, recreation, or education is preferred but not required.
• CPR & First Aid certification or willingness to obtain before camp starts.
• Must be 16+ with reliable transportation to different camp locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise day camp activities.
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment for campers.
• Teach simple outdoor skills to campers.
