Qualifications

• Hands-on multimedia production experience including video, podcast or other digital content creation.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and post-production workflows.
• Experience filming with professional cameras, lighting, and audio tools; Sony/Canon preferred.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and animation software.
• Understanding of major social media platforms and content optimization.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm and pitch ideas for video podcasts, short-form content for financial markets.
• Plan and execute video shoots, interviews, podcasts, and talking-head content.
• Capture high-quality video, audio, photography assets.
• Edit and package content for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Create promotional content, teasers and social-first assets.
• Design thumbnails, graphics, captions, and metadata to boost engagement.
• Monitor trends and metrics to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with a global cross-functional team and contribute ideas.
