Job summary

McCormick & Company, Incorporated is seeking a full-time Marketing Intern for a 10-week program in Hunt Valley, MD, from June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027. The internship runs 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, and offers hands-on experience in Customer Marketing within McCormick's Branded Foodservice portfolio.

You'll work on real-world challenges, develop presentations, analyze market research, and collaborate with Sales, Culinary, Brand, and Finance teams.

Qualifications

Active enrollment in a 4-year undergrad program with expected completion Dec 2026–Jun 2027.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field pursued.
Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Clear communication across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

Support development of customer presentations and selling stories for foodservice operators.
Assist in executing customer-specific marketing initiatives, including campaigns.
Analyze syndicated research (Technomic, Datassential) to uncover insights.
Collaborate with Sales, Culinary, Brand, and Finance to support marketing efforts.
Participate in additional projects and initiatives as assigned.
