Job summary

ICF is seeking a 2027 Summer Intern in Marketing and Communications to support diverse initiatives across the organization. You will gain hands-on experience from planning through execution, measurement, and reporting, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include drafting and publishing materials, assisting with campaigns, conducting audience research, and analyzing data to drive recommendations.

Qualifications

• By start date, minimum of 15 completed college‑level credit hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist with drafting, editing, coordinating, and publishing marketing and communications materials (articles, newsletters, presentations, email campaigns, website content, social posts, videos, infographics).
• Support planning and execution of integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Coordinate project timelines, creative requests, campaign materials, approvals, and stakeholder communications.
• Conduct research on audiences, industries, competitors, media opportunities, and marketing trends.
• Help collect and analyze campaign data, performance metrics, and audience insights for reporting and recommendations.
• Assist with digital marketing, social media, paid media, website, or campaign operations activities as assigned.
• Support events, webinars, workshops, and other engagement activities.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and knowledge-sharing, contributing ideas and fresh perspectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, creative, media, analytics, operations, and business partners to meet deadlines.
