Job summary

BrightTower, a New York investment bank, is seeking a Marketing and Business Development Intern for Summer 2027. You will work directly with senior executives on initiatives that win new clients, gaining hands-on experience in how a boutique bank operates day to day.

Responsibilities include creating external marketing materials, planning thought leadership events, and supporting the annual executive conference.

Qualifications

• Rising senior as of Summer 2027 enrolled in a full-time university.
• Demonstrated interest in financial services or B2B marketing.

Responsibilities

• Create external marketing materials that showcase the firm across channels.
• Produce high-quality deliverables for internal stakeholders and prospective clients.
• Plan and execute thought leadership events such as virtual roundtables and networking dinners.
• Help plan the annual executive conference, from branding and design to logistics and communications.
• Identify, track and nurture prospective clients and investors across sector coverage.
• Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, precedent M&A transactions and specific companies and investors.
• Maintain internal databases tracking company information, transaction data and deal management workflow.
