Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Translating processes to Spanish is a plus, but not required.
• Minimum of 1 completed year in related field (preferred).
• Be enrolled as a full-time student for Fall 2026 term.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist the engineering department with design of new production processes and equipment.
• Assist in evaluating and implementing new processes to reduce costs and improve quality.
• Provide project management support by helping resolve issues with cross-functional project teams, contractors, and suppliers.
