Job summary

Dayton Freight Lines is offering a Management Intern program for the summer, a 9-week accelerated internship. Participants who complete the program may be considered for the Dayton Freight Management Trainee Program after earning their degree.

Interns gain exposure to the Transportation industry, policies and philosophies and support Service Center operations by learning how each position contributes to Dayton Freight's mission.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college.
• Basic math skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Willing to work 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts during the Program.

Responsibilities

• Gain useful knowledge about the Transportation industry and about Dayton Freight's policies, procedures and philosophies.
• Contribute to the success of the Service Center by learning and understanding each position's function and contribution to the overall mission of Dayton Freight.
