Job summary

Munich Re US invites rising seniors to join the Summer Leadership Development Program (SLDP), a 12-week internship designed to expose interns to underwriting, risk management, data, and marketing.

Interns will be treated as valued team members and will work on real-time business projects while connecting with senior leaders and mentors across five major cities, including Princeton, NYC, Philadelphia, Chicago, and Atlanta.

Qualifications

• GPA 3.25 or higher.
• Superior communication skills (oral and written).
• High emotional intelligence.

• Ability to think strategically and function tactically.
• Tech savviness and curiosity with self-motivation.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in college or community activities.

Responsibilities

• Work on real-time business activities and projects in underwriting, risk management, data, or marketing.
• Collaborate with team members and mentors to gain exposure to insurance and reinsurance practices.
• Present findings and learn from senior leaders during the 12-week internship.
