Job summary

Inspiration Hills Camp is seeking a Summer Food Service Assistant for the Hospitality Ministry Team. This summer kitchen role carries leadership responsibilities, including supervising shifts, coordinating meals, and ensuring the kitchen operates safely when the Manager is away.

You will apply PIC training to uphold health codes, manage meal prep, monitor serving temperatures, and support the camp's ministry by feeding guests with excellence.

Qualifications

• PIC certification required or willing to obtain it.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to direct and motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen shifts and supervise the team in the absence of the Food Service Manager.
• Ensure safety and health code compliance as PIC on duty.
• Oversee meal prep schedules, serving temperatures, and opening/closing procedures.
• Support camp ministry by ensuring guests are fed on time and with excellence.
