Job summary

A leading nut processing company in Lost Hills, CA, is seeking interns for a summer program aimed at enhancing process improvement. Successful candidates will provide technical support, assist with IT-related tasks in a manufacturing environment, and partake in project collaboration. Ideal applicants will have a strong foundation in computer knowledge, be at least 18 years of age, and preferably be bilingual in English and Spanish. This role offers a pay rate of $19.00 to $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer/system issues.
• Assist with providing support to production areas for all IT-related needs.
• Track, log, and manage user requests and issues in a ticketing system.
• Collaborate with team members to implement and test process improvements.

Skills

Knowledge of computers

Knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools

Bilingual in English and Spanish
