Western Alliance Bank is offering a paid Summer Internship in Phoenix, AZ, designed to provide real-world experience in talent acquisition and HR service delivery. You’ll work on meaningful projects, receive mentorship, and participate in leadership development activities over a 10-week program.

We’re seeking undergraduate students in related fields with a 3.0+ GPA, strong analytical and communication skills, and the drive to contribute in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student currently enrolled in a related field of study.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision.
• Interest in pursuing careers in Commercial Banking.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis; no immigration sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities
