Western Alliance Bank invites motivated undergraduate students to join the Summer Internship Program in Phoenix for 10 weeks. You will work on real projects in Enterprise Project Management, with mentor support and professional development activities.

The internship is paid and aimed at building foundational banking and project management skills. We seek high-performing students with a 3.0+ GPA, strong analytical and organizational abilities, and an interest in Commercial Banking.

Qualifications

• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision.
• An interest in working in the Commercial Banking industry.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• Support project work within Enterprise Project Management.
• Engage with mentors and participate in business projects during the 10-week program.
• Learn how successful banking operations are managed and analyzed.
