Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond is offering a Summer Internship Program through National IT. The internship provides hands-on experience with advanced project work, leadership training, mentorship, and networking opportunities.

Interns perform analyses, gather requirements, and contribute to technology and process improvements. Selected candidates gain exposure to real-world financial analysis, reporting, and problem-solving within a mission-driven environment and will work on onsite projects

• Gathers, analyzes and compiles information to ensure business requirements are met by processes and applications.
• Contributes to process improvement discussions and may present outcomes to management.
• Participates in cross-functional initiatives and technology projects.
• Escalates non-routine problems to higher level support as appropriate.
