Job summary

The Home Depot is offering a Summer Internship to help students develop leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in a corporate setting. The 11‑week program runs May 17 – July 30, 2027, with rotations across many functions including Supply Chain, Marketing, and Technology.

Interns work on real projects, network with leaders, and gain mentorship to accelerate their career growth. Ideal candidates major in Business, Analytics, or related fields, with strong data skills (Excel, SQL/Tableau)

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Interest in working as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.
• Preferred GPA 3.0 or above.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data quality assurance and data validation.
• Use data sources to build reports.
• Find and use new data sources for market analysis.
• Update existing reports to a polished state.
• Answer ad-hoc data questions for the business.
• Support Lean Six Sigma analytics projects.
• Complete ad-hoc analyses to support decision making.
