Job summary

Concurrent seeks a Summer Intern for a multi-department experience in downtown Tampa, FL. You will engage in Finance, Marketing, Business Development, Operations, Compliance, Technology, Investments, Human Capital, and Practice Synergies teams, with exposure to financial services industry practices and regulatory basics.

Ideal candidates are final-year students or recent graduates who are motivated early-career professionals eager to grow with us.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field and either entering final year or semester of college, or recent graduate.
• Strong interest in financial services, retirement planning, and investment management industry.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous internship or work experience in finance or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn the ins and outs of your department and meaningfully contribute to team goals.
• Provide support to department team members as assigned.
• Help prepare reports, marketing materials, and other documents as needed.
• Administrative support including data entry, document management, and filing.
• Update information in the firm's CRM system and maintain accurate records.

• Assist in ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Actively participate in training sessions and learning opportunities.

Location / Schedule

• This position will work from our downtown Tampa, FL location
• Candidates must have own housing option for the duration of the internship
• This position will be on a part time basis working Monday-Thursday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Internship will be approximately 12 weeks beginning in May 2027 – Exact date TBD
• Occasional evening/weekend hours may be requested.
• Travel up to 10%
