Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Quality Management, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing and quality improvement projects that enhance operational efficiency, product quality, and process performance.
• Analyze production, operational, and quality data to identify trends, root causes, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and supply chain teams to solve business challenges and improve processes.
• Assist with process validation activities, quality investigations, audits, and corrective action initiatives.
• Develop reports, dashboards, presentations, and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Present project outcomes and recommendations to senior leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
