Qualifications

• Able to work hybrid schedule in Marlborough, MA. Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
• Actively enrolled in an undergraduate program, masters program, etc.
• Can-do attitude with a willingness to roll-up your sleeves and learn.
• Agile and eager to work with diverse stakeholders and tasks.
• Collaborative and able to influence without authority.
• Strong communication skills and able to work cross functionally.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Email) required.

Responsibilities

• 11-week Summer Internship program with dates June 7–August 20, 2027.
• Site visits and weekly Information Knowledge Exchange sessions with senior leadership.
• Skills workshops and coffee chats, including Coffee with the CEO.
• Final projects and presentations; engagement events throughout the program.
