POSITION OVERVIEW:

Intern will gain hands-on exposure to the banking industry with a primary focus on credit analysis, lending, and relationship management. The intern will gain insight into the overall operations of a community bank, develop an understanding of how financial institutions evaluate credit risk, support borrowers, and manage lending relationships.

Lending Experience

The intern will observe and learn about the lending process from application through approval and servicing, including:

• Consumer, mortgage, agricultural, and commercial lending
• Loan documentation and processing
• Customer interactions and relationship management
• Loan structure and pricing considerations
• Lending regulations and policy requirements

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

• Participate in team meetings and trainings
