Job summary

Merck’s Future Talent Program offers a 12-week summer internship in the Research Labs division, focused on HPV within the Outcomes Research (OR) team. You will gain hands-on experience with observational research, primary and secondary data, health disparities, and real-world evidence strategies, with coaching and mentoring throughout.

Open to students pursuing a master’s or doctorate in public health, epidemiology, or related fields, you will work on multiple projects, meet peers nationwide,

Qualifications

Candidates must be currently pursuing a master's or doctorate in public health, public policy, outcomes research, epidemiology, economics, pharmacy or medicine.

Responsibilities

Development and implementation of OR and Real-World evidence programs to meet value evidence needs of clinicians, policy makers, payers, and health systems.
Write, coordinate, and validate study designs, protocols, data analysis plans, abstracts and final reports/publications.
Work closely with cross-divisional teams to ensure value evidence programs align with marketing strategies in key countries.
